Medicare
Medicare Co-insurance is $204.00 per day beginning on day 21 of your stay up to 100 days if your stay is being covered by Medicare Part A and you are receiving a Skilled Service. Bed Holds are available upon request with the Business Office and are charged at the private rate. If you have any other financial questions, please feel free to contact the Business Office. The hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Therapy Rates
Physical Therapy Evaluation – $175.00
Occupational Therapy Evaluation – $175.00
Speech Evaluation – $175.00 to $200.00 depending on the type of evaluation
Physical Therapy – $175.00 a unit (15 minutes)
Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy – $175.00 a unit (15 minutes)
Daily Rate for Skilled Nursing Care
Private Rooms (1 bed) – $400.00
Semi-Private (2 beds) – $390.00
Three Bed Units – $385.00
Emerald Care provides complimentary personal laundry service at $15.00/month and free cable television.
Daily rates include room and board:
- Three meals per day served in main dining or rehabilitative dining areas
- Tray service, plus nutritious snacks
- Special diets upon physician order
- Daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), i.e., dressing, bathing, ambulation, personal hygiene and needs
- Daily housekeeping service
- Cable
- Bed and bathroom linens (including incontinent care linens)
- Administration of medications as prescribed by either attending/alternate physician
- 24-hour supervision by licensed Nursing personnel (R.N. or L.P.N.) and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Assistance with feeding
- Planned activities
- Recreational and occupational programs
- Drug regimen review
- Social services consultation
- Discharge planning and referral service
- Furnished rooms furnished in accordance with State and Federal regulatory agencies
