Medicare Co-Insurance is $200.00 per day beginning on day 21 of your stay up to 100 days if your stay is being covered by Medicare Part A and you are receiving a Skilled Service.

Daily Rate for Skilled Nursing Care
Private Rooms (1 bed) $385.00
Semi-Private (2 beds) $380.00
Three Bed Units $375.00
Bed Holds are available upon request with the Business Office and are charged at the private rate.
Emerald Care provides complimentary personal laundry service at $15.00/mo.
Emerald Care provides Free Cable Television.
Daily rates include room and board:
- Three meals per day served in main dining or rehabilitative dining areas
- Tray service, plus nutritious snacks
- Special diets upon physician order
- Daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), i.e., dressing, bathing, ambulation, personal hygiene and needs
- Daily housekeeping service
- Cable
- Bed and bathroom linens (including incontinent care linens)
- Administration of medications as prescribed by either attending/alternate physician
- 24-hour supervision by licensed Nursing personnel (R.N. or L.P.N.) and Certified Nursing Assistants
- Assistance with feeding
- Planned activities
- Recreational and occupational programs
- Drug regimen review
- Social services consultation
- Discharge planning and referral service
- Furnished rooms furnished in accordance with State and Federal regulatory agencies
